By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

5. AI Agents and Bot Behavior

Our platform allows you to configure AI-powered agents that respond to messages on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• The instructions, knowledge base, and content you provide to the AI
• Ensuring your bot does not mislead users or make commitments you cannot fulfill
• Compliance with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws

AI responses are generated by third-party models (e.g., OpenAI). We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of every response. You should review and test your agent configuration regularly.

6. Fees and Payment

Some features may be subject to fees as described on our website or in your plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Refund policy will be stated at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

We own or license the Loop Solutions platform, branding, and materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business use. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Services, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF YOUR AI AGENTS, THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (E.G., META, TWILIO, TELEGRAM), OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP SOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.
